I highly highly highly recommend visiting and trying out the infrared sauna treatment, as well as the cryotherapy treatment. Jose’ in the service/bathroom area was marvelous, as were Jonathan and Melissa at the front desk.

The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating, and even helped me out when the Sunday Motorcycle Parade delayed my arrival time Sunday! They made adjustments for me so that I could get almost all of my infrared sauna time in before the next client arrived. I thought I had died and gone to Spa Heaven, honestly. I visited the Spa here twice, once on Friday and once on Sunday.
